How can I purchase an Association Forum session recording?
Association Forum session recordings may be purchased by credit card on this site only. If you are an Association Forum member be sure to log in during checkout using the same username and password as you use on the Association Forum website.

How many times can I access the session recordings I have purchased from the Association Forum?
You have unlimited access to each session recording you purchase for a period of 90 days from the initial date of purchase.  If you purchase access to a live webinar, you will only have access to that webinar during the date and time it is initially presented.  

If I purchase access to a live webinar, can I access the recording for free?
No.  If you purchase access to a live webinar, you will only have access to that webinar during the date and time it is initially presented.  However, you may purchase access to the recording, which will grant you unlimited access to each session recording you purchase for a period of 90 days from the initial date of purchase.  

Can I stop a session recording in the middle and come back to watch it later?
You can pause a session recording at any point you'd like and return to watch the rest at your convenience. However, do not close the browser window the recording is operating within or the presentation will be reset to the beginning.

Is educational credit available?
Certified Association Executive (CAE) continuing education credits are only offered for live webinars.  Please view the session description of  each live webinar to determine whether CAE credits are available.

If I have already completed the session, how do I print my CE Certificate?
The eLearning Center keeps track of your progress with each session on the eLearning History page (found in My eLearning). If you have already completed the session, you will be able to click on the “Take Evaluation, Get Certificate” button. This will open a page which prompts you to enter the Certificate Code for the session. Once this code is entered, you can complete the post test (for some sessions) and evaluation, then print your CE Certificate.

How do I get handout materials?
Handouts will be available on your eLearning History page (found in My eLearning). The confirmation email you receive after registering will also contain a link to any materials provided by the presenter(s).

What equipment do I need in order to participate in the online program?
You should have one computer with a high-speed internet connection to view the visuals/video and functioning computer speakers to listen to the audio.

How can I be sure that my computer is compatible with the technology?
Before you view the session, you should test the computer you plan to use. (Once you have tested your computer, it is not necessary to do so again if you plan to use the same computer to view future sessions.)

In order to view and hear online webinars, your computer and internet connection need to meet certain minimum requirements. Please check that your computer and software meets or exceeds these specifications:
•    Windows XP or Mac OS X 10.2
•    500MB or more of RAM memory
•    CPU 800 MHz
•    Monitor 800x600 pixels (1024x768 strongly recommended)
•    DSL or faster internet connection
•    Up-to-date web browser software, such as FireFox 3+, or Internet Explorer 7+, Safari 3+
